Library Cards

Library cards are available to children who are five years of age and older and able to print their name. A parent's signature is required for children under age 18. Parent's consent is required for children to borrow equipment, videos, or DVDs and to use the Internet.  There is a checkout limit of 2 items for the first time user. No audiovisuals are allowed to be checked out for the first 30 days.
 

Storytimes

Wauseon Public Library offers Storytimes to children up to age 6. The activities and stories read are tied into a weekly theme. Storytimes are held on Tuesdays at 10:30am. Storytimes will resume in September, 2008. 
 

Summer Reading Program

Each summer, Wauseon Public Library participates in the Ohio statewide Summer Reading Program. We provide story times, youth,and family programs, crafts, games and reading fun centered around a theme. The minimum reading requirement for participants are 25 pages.
